There are two versions of the Spotter Guide available for the IMSA events. The IMSA Viewing Guide booklet is available to download here, or printed at the circuit, while for CoTA and Petit Le Mans, Andy Blackmore Design will also be releasing a traditional ‘Poster Style’ version of the guides. This is a trial, so let me know what you think below.

NISMO Spotter Guide for Le Mans now live!

Version 4 of the Nissan NISMO Spotter Guide for the 24 Heures du Mans 2014 is now available as a free download following Scrutineering.

The guide features all 56 cars, team, chassis, engine and driver details along with a timetable, map and current WEC points standings and is the perfect tool for watching at the circuit or from home.. Each car has been illustrated in detail, with the assistance of almost every team. Thanks to these teams, we have the most up to date visual guide available anywhere!

The guide is available as a 3 page A3 size PDF and as 3 separate JPEG’s (4500pixels wide) which is perfect for desktop wallpaper and large printing and as a High and Low resolution A4 size PDF. The A4 release is great for home printing and also viewing on a mobile device.

NISSAN NISMO to sponsor the 24Hr of Le Mans Spotter Guide

Production of the 24Hr of Le Mans Spotter Guide is well under way and  am pleased to announce that, in conjunction with DailySportscar.com, Nissan will be sponsoring the Le Mans Guide once again which is apt given their domination in the P2 category this year!

Also been working on some illustrations for Nissan for their GTR-LMP1 announcement.

Feel free to thank Nissan NISMO on Twitter for the Spotter Guide support  if you want to help out. Timescales are tight this year, so provisionally the 1st edition of the guide will be released around the 6th-7th June, ahead of Scrutineering on my dedicated site, SpotterGuides.com for those travelling early. The guide will then be updated after Scruitneering. As before the guide will be available as an A3 and A4 versions which will suit printing, desktop and mobile viewing…all free of charge and without the need of an app.

2014 IMSA Raceday Viewing Guide Published

Welcome to the new look SpotterGuides.com The new layout and structure should make it easier for you to find the guide you need on the site. We have started off our 2014 season with a new IMSA Race Day viewing guide. Created by IMSA with Spotter Guide art by Andy Blackmore Design, this is a new look guide which is available at the circuit. We have also released it for online download and printing.

It is a different format, so one tip is to open the guide in Acrobat and choose side-by-side printing. This will place 2 pages on one sheet of paper. The PDF also works well on mobile devices due to its proportions.

You can download the guide on the IMSA Page.

Don’t forget to take a look around Andy Blackmore Design where you can see all the liveries Andy designed for the Tudor and Continental series organized by IMSA.
